Goal: 4.5 + strength 

Ran: 3 

Time: 0:29:29 | 9:50 

skipped Thursdays run/workout – went Friday during lunch instead  – only had enough time for 3 miles & stretching but felt good that I didn’t skip it … especially since a belated birthday dinner & dessert was planned for the evening.
