Insulin: 3u @ 7:50

—- ran 5.78 miles in 1.02 —-

BS: 96 @ 10:20 

had 2 chomps to get me through 1/2 hr of stretching then Luna Bar 


** think I need to aim at 30-35 carbs for 5+ miles
