Goal: 3m SloFasy 

Path: from gym to reservoir & bit of road  

Intensity: ??  Closest to old numbers, want to think I tried to focus on SloFasy  (.5m slow 2m fast .5m easy) 

Injuries: Lightest hip pain to this point, calf pain (wore CS) … ran straight from yoga.
