3/20: Nutritionist 3/21: Skipped

Had metabolism testing at 8am – no food or drinking before. 

I did have another fleeting moment where I thought I could still get away with a run before hand. 

And then I realized that would require getting up at 4:30am … and that surely wasn’t happening. 

Bloodsugar was high after work.  First Tuesday with no activity in a long time.

2/27 & 2/28 : Moved

Up & down 5 flights of stairs hauling stuff. 

To the new apartment. To storage. To goodwill. To the garbage & curb. 

How I imagine cross-fit to feel.

I chalked it up to Monday strength training. And while I had a fleeting plan of running down to the old apartment & storage – lack of time and a ton to do ruled that out.  

Skipped soccer that night out of pure exhaustion.
